So emotions management istreated as a separated part for analysis. Self-management and emotions management put their - -emphasis on the analysis of the subject of management while relations management, based on therelation standard of the eastern society, explores the important role people relations play in theinter-function of "behavior adjustment and behavior for the benefits of others" between managersand the managed. Incentive management is the central ring of the "service plus incentive" loop.Incentive management is, by its nature, an important side to stimulate people's behavior. Therespective detailed analyses of the four sides ultimately constitute a comprehensive and completeunderstanding of behavior adjustment management. The goal of behavior adjustment management is to serve others by putting egoism andaltruism into high unity. Everybody's practice of "behavior adjustment for better service andrelations" will be absolutely rewarded by others with the same behavior. The reward willencourage everybody to behave for others' benefits. It is actually a circle without terminal. Eachtime the goal of the behavior for better service and relations is reached means the process oforganizational harmonizing. "Business for people", the highest value of business management,is actually what behavior adjustment management pursues.
