In order to guarantee the healthy and fast development of green food industry, promote the establishment of the food safety systems and gain the agreeable benefits both from economic and environment, the experience of development of related industries all over the world should be referenced, the intensive and extensive concept of green food should be thoroughly discussed and the theoretical bases and the mode of green food industrialization should be researched, moreover, new measures for promoting the green food industrialization should come out. In this paper, following progress were accomplished via theoretical research and cases discussion:Theoretical research progress: 1) Initiating the green food developmental scheme principle of strengthening the cooperation between regions and enterprises in favor of effectively and reasonably using resource on nation level; the principle of green food industry designing by employing the substance-recycle environmental project; the green food industrialization modes of "enterprise plus farmer', "cooperation community" and "group cooperation" for the fanner economic unit transformation. 2) Emphasizing the great importance of environment factor in the whole development process of green food industrialization, bringing the environment factor into the green food value systems and making more reasonable price for green food. 3) Constructing the green food industry by employing the leading cooperation promoting, market adjusting, government facilitating and major industry driving. Given that the green food industry has the environmental recovery function, nation government should assist the industry development on the policy level. 4) Agricultural produce certification often emphasizes the entirely process quality management from soil to table. It has the functions of information equalization, credit assurance for fair shakes, producing agricultural produce in standards, eliciting the marketing consciousness of farmers. Also, the agricultural produce certification system is the base of agricultural safety system and required for the implementation of brand strategy of agricultural produce which is designed to meet the need of developed consumption power of the world.Research progress of green food certification management systems: 1) Constructing a complete standard systems composing producing area environment standard, producing process standard, product standard, packaging standard, certification standard and management standard; from soil to table, implementing the measures of environmental inspection and whole process quality control; constructing a nation wide network composed by branch agencies for food inspection, environmental inspection and other network agencies; establishing the certification management systems of quality certification banding with brands management. 2) The green food certification systems have undergone the 4 phases: "base establishment, steadily growth, fast development and standard operation".The research progress for green food industrialization: 1) Green food industry keeps a rapid development speed; the green food industry development level is still elevating; product structure is optimizing; green food development is more tightly linked with agricultural "3 enhancement". 2) Oringinally creating a index system of green food dominant product, dominant production areaand dominant industry area. According to this, Green food industry development has been sorted as dominant industry, dominant product and dominant industry area. 3) The industrialization of green food has established the development modes of "cooperation plus farmer" and "cooperation"; it also plays key role in promoting the agricultural industrialization, establishment of the agricultural produce safety system and enhancement of agricultural produce competence.Cases discussion: 1) In the industrialization process of green food rice in Qinan county, government facilitating plays an active role; it has formed 2 basic industrializing modes of "cooperation plus fanner" and "cooperation plus a...
