Investigation And Study On Standardization And Certification Of Chinese Enterprises

Under the environment of China's re-entering to WTO and integrative global economy, the Chinese enterprises face great opportunities and challenges. The enterprises must ensure its quality in order to achieve continual development. Quality management is the harmonious activity about directing and controlling in quality field. It has three development phases: quality inspection, statistic quality control and total quality management. It is significant to emphasize quality management, the enterprises can enhance customer's satisfaction, promote competitive ability, improve enterprise image, save resource and reduce cost. ISO9000 family standard is the standard language world-wide used in quality management field. It gives requirements and guidelines for implementation to the enterprises' improving the product or service quality. Passing the audit of the third party and gaining international vulgate certificate can aid the enterprises to establish a full set of quality management system and obtain the good repetition mechanism, in order to find out the leak of management and improvement chance and then take proper measure to achieve gradual betterment. The thesis discusses the deep influence brought by standardization and certification. Though quality management certification popularizes in China and the enterprises have benefited from it, through the discussing of ISO9001 certification status in quo in China in detail, the quality management certification still has these features: imbalance in zone and industry development. Then analyze the reasons of the status.In order to help the enterprises understanding the role and meaning of quality management certification and gaining perfect income from it. Under the basis of the foretime-study, we investigate 194 enterprises which have passed ISO9001 certification audit by using questionnaire. Through the inquiry, we got the statistic date about enterprises' motivation, influence factor of quality management system certification and the effect on enterprises' activities. It has powerful persuasion for the investigate result is external and true.Under the basis of investigate material and according to the practical experience of the writer in the quality management system certification, this thesis gives thesuggestion of the standards using in enterprises and it can be practically used forreference.Through the case of Tianji group's standardization and certification, this articleexplains the process of the enterprises' establishing and implementing of thequality management system in detail. From the analysis, it inspires us in theenterprises' establishing and implementing of the quality management system inaccordance of the requirements of the standards.
