This article took the development of green food industry as researching object in China, educe that implementing industrial management is the external requirement for development of green food industry, according to collect abundance information, basis of analyzing the history and status of green food industry, and inspiring from the organic agriculture abroad. It summarized that the primary problems in the development of green food at present are: the country are short of interrelated knowledge, the government do not very regard it, the support of project is lack, it is lack of innovation in corporation, and policy is weak, and so on. And then, educe the countermeasure for the development of green food industry. Finally, through analyzing the example of Tianjin Dynasty vintage Co.
