Quick response capacity under supply chain coordination operation has become the determinant factor that effects on the existence and development of supply chain and its firms, as the demand is more and more time-sensitive, and the globalized and distributed supply chain emphasized more and more coordinating management. Therefore, the problem about supply chain coordinating decision and optimum based on response time has significant value in theory and practice to recognize the nature of supply chain coordination, to explore the cooperation motivation hiding the cost and benefit of firms, to develop the mechanism of coordination operation, to shorten response time, and improve the competitive power of supply chain.This research investigates systematically the problem about supply chain coordinating decision and optimum under time-sensitivity demand from the following four aspects, that is, coordinating supply chain planning, incentive contract under JIT delivery, lead-time contingent pricing, and the analysis and compare of supply chain coordination based on contract model. This research investigates deeply the decision methodology of supply chain coordination management under time-sensitivity demand, analyzes and resolves the primary problems in decision models, and obtains the corresponding decision strategies of supply chain coordination. The main content includes:(1) Supply chain multi-stage response time coordinating planning mechanism and decision model based on bi-level programming.This research defines the concept of supply chain multi-stage response time at first, and then describes the process of allocating response-time among the node firms and assigning production time and logistics time to each node firm. Hence, this research constructs a coordinating planning mechanism, which consider a core firm to be a leader role in entire supply chain acting as a planning, controlling and coordinating center, consider every node firm to be a follower role who has relative independent decision power. Then we develop a bi-level programming approach to model response time coordinating plan in supply chain, and then design a computation method. Finally, the model is tested and verified by analyzing a practical case which demonstrated that it is an effective decision-making aided tool for coordinating plan of supply chain response time. The results show that, this planning mechanism and optimal model are accord with the operation management practice in supply chain and can become the effective calculating tool for coordinating plan to achieve coordination optimum of response time in supply chain.(2) Supply chain JIT Stackelberg incentive model and decision analysis under uncertain response time.JIT purchasing is an important approach to shorten the response time of supply chain efficiently and implement the agile operation of supply chain. On the purpose of increasing the probability of delivery on time, with purchaser as leader and supplier as follower, this research establishes the two-stage Stackelberg model, which considers purchaser as the leader and supplier as the follower. On the basis of analysis of optimum, we discuss the interactive relationship between purchaser and supplier in contract decision of purchase. We argue the strategy of optimum decision of purchaser and supplier, and analyze the effect that inventory cost parameters impact on contract decision. The research indicates that, the expectation cost function of two partners in purchase is convex and Stackelberg equilibrium solution exists under the assumption of response time submitting to exponential distribution, incentive the purchaser provides can improve the probability of delivery on time, the purchaser shouldn't provide any incentive when the purchaser's expectation shortage cost isn't more than the supplier's expextation tardy cost, the delivery time should be shorter when the supplier's holding cost is more.(3) Leadtime-contingent pricing model and decision analysis under uncertain response time.This research defines...
