Supply Chain Contract With Quantity Flexibility Contract Research

It is not only one of the key questions of supply chain management but also a new research direction of supply chain management at the same time how to accord to enterprises of a supply chain with the relative theories and methods, to make and sign a rational and high-efficient supply chain contract, and to strengthen the cooperation among enterprises, in order to optimize the operation performance of a supply chain.The thesis, at first, discussed the modern basic thought of supply chain management from the concepts of supply chain and its management, and analyzed difference between supply chain management and business administration. And then, it is a key of solving problems to sign a rational and valid agreement under the market environment of China at present, after studying the questions that exist in the cooperation of a supply chain. Then, systematically, defined it and its intension which including supply chain characteristic, clause, classification , function of the agreement, and so on. Afterwards, the thesis has proposed and proved the optimizing quantity flexibility models of supply chain, with the systematic method and favorable analytical quantity method, after considering the expenses cost, such as production cost, transportation cost, order cost, loss in short supply, etc. As the role of the behavior and influence of ability between retail traders and suppliers, the agreement signed is not often a optimum agreement; so this author analyzed the one of both sides to the agreement bargained ability and various kinds of psychological activities by the game theory, and got the conditions that the quantity flexibility agreement is popularized. Finally, a case of the Wang Xing Yi Shang Company has been studied in order to prove its effect. It showed: it is able to improve whole operation performance of supply chain after examining data of the company.Main innovation of this thesis: according to each cost and interests of suppliers and retail traders systemically from whole performance of supply chain, put forwards the stronger and effective elastic quantity contract models, optimize it, and analyze various kinds of behavior and psychology of both sides by the game theory.
