With the development of economy and globalization, companies are beginning to have closer relationship with each other, which make a great room for the development of supply chain management. And now supply chain management are being more and more important, especially under the condition that more and more multinational companies are trying to expand their business all over the world.According to the situation above, more and more people are paying attention to the research on supply chain management. As far as supply chain management is concerned, the key is how to promote the corporation between different supply chain members. Because if they can corporate very well, it is not very difficult to see supply chain with low operation cost, better service and powerful competence.Based on the model of buying contract, t his paper tries to do some researches on the supply chain corporation which will help the supply chain members improve their condition. The paper has five chapters. Chapter one gives some reasons for this paper and introduces some researches on the supply chain contract. Chapter two give some introduction to the operation system of supply chain corporation which includes the creating and developing process of supply chain management, the dynamic corporation of supply chain and the bull effect. Chapter three gives a new idea which tries to improve the supply chain based on a model of buying contracts. According the idea, some background and operation structure are analyzed carefully at first, then some models consisted of different procurement contracts are created. Chapter four does some researches on the solvent for the model created in chapter three and gives a simple example according to which some data results are found and some charts are set up basing on the data related. Chapter five seems to have nothing but some conclusion for this research.
