Biotic Research On The Growth Of Ecological Intelligence Enterprise

Along with the succession of organizational structure of enterprises, the theory and concept of enterprise management are innovated continuously. Nowadays, enterprises under the guide of traditional management theory can't adapt to the complicated and changeful market environment. The life cycles of demand, technology and product are getting shorter and shorter increasingly, which lead more and more enterprises take consideration on their growth and development from ecology point of view, aiming at applying the biologic wisdom founded from the process of adapting into enterprise management, and getting together these more adaptive living strategies, as a result, enterprise management has come into the stage of ecological wisdom management. Therefore, the research of the survival and growth of ecological intelligent enterprise presently is significant in reality and more valuable in theory. The theory of ecology, ecosystem, biotic, botany and some other relative theories are involved in this dissertation in doing biotic research on the growth of ecological intelligent enterprise. The main research work of this dissertation can be concluded as follows:(1) Study on the essence and elemental structure of ecological intelligent enterprises. Based on the summarizing work of enterprise biotic study mostly on organizational ecology, this paper puts forward originally the concept of ecological intelligent enterprise, then make further explanation of the organizational characteristics and element structure of such enterprises, and also set up an value pyramid model for the ecological intelligent enterprise.(2) Based on the analysis of difference and diversity of enterprise community and the composite ecosystem of enterprise, this paper puts forth the concept of enterprises meta-community, studies the mode of survival, structure scale and heterogeneity of enterprise meta-community, and then sums up the dynamical model and ecological function of enterprise meta-community.(3) Study on the behavior model and mutual economic benefit of ecological intelligent enterprise symbiotic. Based on the definition of ecological intelligent enterprise symbiotic and analysis of survival conditioning, do further research of behavior model and the relation between four kinds of enterprise symbiotic. At the same time, do economic analysis and explanation of its mutual economic benefit.(4) Study on the choice of ecological strategy during the process of enterprise growth, comparison of the degree of predominance of three types of enterprises, and the choice of collaborative partner. From the succession process of enterprise community, this paper makes quantitative analysis of choice of ecological strategy, comparison of the degree of predominance of three types enterprises, and the choice of potential collaborative partners by using AHP model.(5) Biotic research on business competitive strategy. Based on the re-interpretation of the business value of the niche theory and demonstration analysis, this paper studies intra-genus obscure character competing model and inter-genus distinct character competing model, and sums up the law of enterprise genus succession.(6) Put forward biotic design of enterprise logistic structure and supplier outspreading model. Firstly the paper finds out the effective mechanism of material metabolism, and then applies it into the design of logistic structure. Secondly, applies the water and nutrient absorption model of botany into the research of material stock to design biotic logistic model. Thirdly, based on the revelation of osmotic potential, pressure potential and draw potential, studies the sources of the power of material stock.
