| This thesis is composed of seven chapters, which contains two parts:the first part analyzes the significance and content of using informationtechnology rebuild and upgrade manufacturing; the second part analyzesthe condition ﹑ measures and policy advice of using informationtechnology rebuild and upgrade manufacturing at home and abroad.Chapter one is introduction, mainly expounds research background,reason of selecting this topic ,research method ,train of thought,deficiency and innovation. In section one, it mainly explains thebackground and significance of selecting this topic. From the change ofmanufacturing of America and Japan in 80th and 90th twentieth century,we can conclude that along with the development of human society,combining with new technology continuously, manufacturing unceasinglycreates material fortune and spiritual fortune, which is a mainstay ofnational economy development and integrate national power.Since reform and opening, the proportion of augment value ofmanufacturing to GDP of China keeps above 40% basically, despite thisproportion waves. Half of China finance revenue comes frommanufacturing; manufacturing absorbs nearly half of employmentpopulation in city. Nearly residual labor force in country inflows intomanufacturing; manufacturing is the biggest export industry in China.Since 90th twentieth century, the export of manufacturing has retainedabove 80% at all times, and created nearly three-fourth of foreignexchange revenue.Why is the competitiveness of American manufacturing so strong ?Because it has absolute advantage in the model of management. Thisincludes: ways and means of innovational strategy ,renovation ofoperational flow,application of information technology ,every link ofmanufacturing meeting customer by different manner from tradition,effectively providing demanded product and pertinent counseling bycooperating industrial value link. Now because macroeconomicalenvironment is becoming perfect increasingly, the survival anddevelopment of manufacturing of our country will lie on thecompetitiveness of manufacturing itself, especially the competitiveness ofequipment manufacturing. So manufacturing must make progress intechnology and management by application of information technology --ahighly effective tool. As an new technological revolution and industrialrevolution, the revolution of information technology will be an importanthistory opportunity without fail for developing China .So, the research of using information technology to rebuild andincrease manufacturing is not only a very important problem, but also aproblem of strong practicalness. In section two, the thesis adopts thissynthetical system research method of combining theory with practice,combining qualitative research with quantitative research combining timecomparativeness with space comparativeness, and taking demonstrationalresearch as principal part. Based on referring the experience and lesson ofoverseas developed country, we put forward the developing thought,pertinent policy and measure of using information technology to rebuildand increase manufacturing. Section three is the frame structure andcontent arrangement of this thesis. Section four is literaturesummarization . Section five is some innovational points and deficiency.Chapter two expounds the concept and content of using informationtechnology to rebuild and advance manufacturing. It mainly analyzes howmanufacturing plays an important role in the economy of a nation fromrise and drop of England,America and Japan. In section one, we setboundary of manufacturing, and confirm the emphases ofmanufacturing we study from the concept of manufacturing ;we alsoanalyze how manufacturing play an important role in the economy of ourcountry from the developing status of manufacturing in our country .Insection two, we set boundary of information technology, and analyze thedefinition ,classification and function of information technology, andanalyze the significance,definition and content of using informationtechnology rebuild and advance... |
