Information Technology Research, And Improve The Competitiveness Of Enterprises In China's Countermeasures

This thesis,based on "the value chain theory"of Michael Porter from the Harvard Business School,employs the case study method to analyze the fundamental structure and application format of enterprise informatization,as well as its impacts on enterprise competitiveness.The author probed into the current obstacles that restrict the development of enterprise informatization in China,as well as the opportunities and challenges that companies face locally.The author also did research on the tactics used when implementing enterprise informatization in China.This essay is divided into four chapters..Chapter one describes the meaning and form used when implementing enterprise informatization as well as its enormous impact on enterprise competitiveness from a global standpoint.Chapter two explains the development course,current situation,existing problems and reasons for information-based application construction in China.Chapter three analyzes two successful case studies describing domestic migration from traditional to more information-based enterprise structures.In the last chapter,the author probes into the strategies that government and enterprises should adopt in the course of running enterprise informatization.
