The difference of enterprise's international competitive ability is the difference of enterprise's innovative ability, all sources of competitive edges can be explained with innovation. Innovation is not only the source of enterprise's competitive ability, it is also the lifeline of enterprise. It is the hot problem of Chinese enterprise's innovative theoretical research and practice that makes systematic theoretical explanation for every aspect such as the key content of enterprise innovation, the foundation of innovation, the soul of innovation and the purpose of innovation. Studying the enterprise's innovative theoretical system is the emphasis of dissertation, so the dissertation sets up the theoretical system of enterprise innovation according to the summary of research, the research of system, the analysis of theory, the summing up of practice, the analysis of case and conclusion.
