Research On Hi-tech Cluster's Constantly Innovative Ability In Fu Jian Province

This article starts with describing the correlative research on cluster in the history, which has given me new point of view and innovative space. And then explores the present development of hi-tech cluster in Fu Jian province.This part is on the basis of empirical study like Silicon valley in America, Ban galore in India, Silicon island in Taiwan and other Hi-teach enterprises cluster, and thinks that Hi-tech cluster's constantly innovational advantage can be explained from four aspects: cluster's organizational structure advantage, competitive advantage, cooperative advantage and cultural advantage. Intensive competitions push forward constantly innovation which needs incessant cooperation and that would be happened in special organizational environment and cultural surroundings.This part is on the basic analysis of Hi-tech cluster's constantly innovative characters. A series of the indexes are established to evaluate constantly innovative ability. And then take on the empirical research on Hi-tech cluster of Nan Jing, shanghai, Guangzhou Qing Dao, Xia Men and Fu Zhou with the method of fuzzy evaluation model. Finally, put forward a new conception "innovative acceleration" in order to analysis constantly innovative ability in deep extent.The last part is focus on the mechanism of hi-tech cluster for a long time run, on the base of that, analyzing the problem of Hi-tech cluster in Fu Jian province. After all, bring forward correlative measure to resolve this problem in the future.
