Present more and more enterprises have already realized their most valuable resource and assets are talents, but speaking from the essence, enterprises carry on the final purpose of manpower resources management better, carry on more effective management to various kinds of knowledge especially various kinds of recessive knowledge existing in enterprise heads of staff. At present, how valid merger enter information management become the focus that the business circles pay close attention to the fact of human resources the management information system, though the single knowledge administrative system has already appeared , but in the field of enterprise's manpower resources management, knowledge obtain , development , store, on sharing do very good, it is not very smooth that knowledge flows and operates. All these make enterprise to be unable to carry on correct assessment can't make staff effective business exchange of going on either to talent, all these cause serious knowledge loss very, unable to form recruitment mechanism of talent train the mechanism incentive mechanism and assess the mechanism while being correct, make the manpower resources management of enterprises lose the correct navigation mark. The management information system of human resources is on the basis of such new the management information system modes of human resources on the technological foundation as modern software , hardware , network , database ,etc., it shares through information storehouse , automatic process information , staff's self-service service , other association and service of the concentrating on type, achieve and lower costs , raise the efficiency , improve the purpose of the operation mode of manpower resources management. At different stages for historical development, because people's understanding of technology and management is not the same, the management information system of human resources displays different leaning to too, in addition, human resources have restricted the application level in this field of the information technology too. Therefore the management information system of human resources will just form the development course from operating grade to tactics grade and then to the strategy grade. Until the management information system of human resources of today remains the process system / the report form system / this kind of transaction processing level products of tracking system and takes the mainstream, the proportion of application of the expert system rises gradually, but DSS has not still got effective application . especially today under the kownledge economy environment, it is very essential to improve the traditional the management information system of human resources. The Human Resource Management System(HRMS) is an important part in enterprises information system construction. Knowledge Management is the requirements of enterprises for adapting themselves to development. And it is also the goals of the enterprises information system construction. Combining HRMS with Knowledge Management to construct the office automation system is the development trend in the new generation of HRMS system. For integration HRMS with Knowledge Management, made knowledge management play an important role and also made HRMS get a great improvement. It is a complex system project for enterprises to construct HRMS system cored by knowledge management, How to construct and implement it in technology is the main problem that we will discuss and solve in this paper. The management information system of human resources based on information management should include the three key module : Firstly , it is accurate to guarantee information , prompt , interdynamic exchange module, namely electronic human resources ; Secondly , lay particular emphasis on the processing module that has already had information that counted , classified , dealt with, namely the management information system of the human resources . For instance the electron recruits, training on net, network community, welfare on net manage etc.. Three lay particular emphasis on data analysis , support human resources DSS of decision and contribute to knowledge store the knowledge management function travelled.
