Intelligent Community Information Systems Research

This paper mainly deals with the information system of the intelligentCommunity. With the development of information technology, management ofreal estate should be reformed and intelligent community will be the result.Through the analysis of community and computer science, the paper bringforward the Scheme of information system of the intelligent community, anddiscussed the system's target and principle of the design, and also including thesystem's structure and the function of subsystems. As the strategy of the design,the combination of B/S and C/S mode is also discussed. In addition, the paperanalyzed the IC card technique and the application of IC card in the intelligentcommunity. Management information system of parking, as an example ofsubsystems, is analyzed and designed in detail,including the analysis of systemstructure, data flow, subsystems and the design of databas and input and output,the programming based on web is alse discussed, including the leadingtechnique used in web programming, active server page, database access.
