After the peaceful end of the Cold War, the Yalta System disintegrated. The world order comes into historical era of changes and reconstructions. Seeing from the long history, peaceful transition of world order is a new topic. But under the push of development of economic globalization, the multi-polarization of the world structure and democratization of international relations, contents of changes and reconstructions of world order vaguely identify. Human entering into 21st, China advances opinion of constructing harmonious world, which put cultural kernel of seeking common points while reserving difference into value tropism of reconstruction world order.
