State And Market: The Legal System Of The Early Economic Logic

The dissertation mainly reviews and studies the forming and evolutionary process of the economic legal system at the beginning of the founding of the People's Republic of China, especially from October, 1949 to December, 1956.Persisting in the methodology of dialectical materialism and historical materialism, using the theory of institution change, the author reviews the change process between the state and the market and finds the logic of the economic legal system during this period, on the basis of which determines the state's function under the condition of the market economy and reestablishes the model of the economic legal system in the sense of jurisprudence."The historical development of the law civilization has its inherent mobile logic".
