Regional Order Of Construction Of China's Strategy Choice

It is well known that the pursuit of lasting peace, seeking common development and the promotion of mutual cooperation have always been the common interests and aspiration of the people all over the world, while the complexity of the world makes these wonderful aspirations achieved tortuously. But this condition did not stop the wise human to striving, on the contrary, the falling between the tortuous reality and wonderful aspiration prompts human being to burst out enormous capacity and wisdom. The regional integration and relevant regional order which sovereign states actively promote are the typical cases of those capacity and wisdom.From the perspective of politics, there are two general patterns of order-constructing: Compulsory style and cooperative style. Namely, the former is constructed by the pubic force; the latter is constructed by contracts or agreements which is on the basis of equal cooperation. Regional order-constructing has the same logic as the domestic order. There had been compulsory regional order which was formed by conquest in the history, but such a regional order possesses the character of bargaining from the up to the down. That is to say, the predominant country would also seek cooperation and increase consensus through the emphasis of "common interests" during the construction of the regional order. Of course, the premise is that the cooperation and consensus can not offend the interests of the predominant country. The cooperative regional order would depend on the common interests of relevant country. The leading country would generally play the positive role during the construction. Obviously, whether compulsory model or cooperative model, the value which regional Communities possessed under a certain order framework all derived from the interaction of Community members on the basis of common interests. However, the two models used different measures to reach the cooperation on the basis of the common interests. The former represented much force, the latter showed much cooperation. Since the compulsory regional order-constructing also need cooperation, so the dissertation would not analyze the compulsory regional order-constructing.
