Study On The Relationship Between Informal Institution And China Rural Grass-roots Governance

China rural grass-roots governance is the important issue in economics field. The resolutions of governance problem should depend on informal institutions. New Institutional Economics shows the importance of informal institutions, and informal institutions can affect institution's implement.The research methods of the paper include historical inductive and deductive, domestic and foreign, positive and theoretical, quantitative and qualitative, macro and micro methods. Through these methods the paper shows the relationship between informal institution and China rural grass-roots governance.Firstly, the paper elaborates the conception of informal institution, analyzes the relationship with formal institutions, and introduces ideology theory and path dependence theory, domestic and foreign study on informal institution and rural grass-roots governance.Secondly, the paper interprets how the informal institution affects China rural society and China rural grass-roots governance. Due to the different informal institution's effect, there are two kinds of rural grass-roots governance, which are Confucian ethic dominant governance and Xinjiang Islam religion dominant governance in the history. Under the Confucian cultural effect, it is patriarchal clan governance model, and under Islam religion culture effect, it is Jimi policy governance model.Thirdly, the paper compares two different grass-roots governance kinds. It is likely to construct market law ration governance in market economic system after absorbing the advantages of two governance kinds. This governance model is connected economic ration and law ration.Finally, the paper suggests that the government should employ the right informal institution's factors; it will be helpful for China new countryside building and harmonious society construction.
