With increasing of complexity and uncertainty of social life in recent years, more and more task-oriented organizations are flourishing in all sectors. Task-oriented organizations including temporary organizations in routine organizations take on the non-routine tasks which are complex, uncertain and mobile. It is most important that they are sometimes one-off tasks and never repeated. So, in comparison with routine organizations, the structure of task-oriented organizations is exoteric, dynamic and changing in light of the tasks. It is the phenomenon of"one task, one organization". On the contrary, the routine organization is of long term and stability. It determines that the model of resource acquisition of task-oriented organizations is different from that of routine organizations.Task-oriented organization aims at one-off convergence in resources acquisition while the routine organization prefers retain and deposition of resources. It is reasonable for routine organization under the conditions of low complexity and low uncertainty because it is convenient to mobilize the resources to cope with new tasks. But it is not economic and reasonable when the environment is of high complexity and uncertainty, even it can bring about huge waste. The task-oriented organization acquires resources directly according to task. And as soon as the task is finished, the resources will come back to society along with organization dissolving.In resources acquisition, the task-oriented organization emphasizes cooperation other than competition as its essential approach. And task-oriented organization depends on cooperation heavily. As to task-oriented organization, it is so important to mobilize resources from different sectors. That makes task-oriented organization appear typical structure of web. It is apparent in coping with task involving different departments, organizations and districts, and even countries. Task-oriented organization is more effective than routine organization. It also emphasizes respect to public and employees. Thus it wins applause and support of public opinion that spur employees'enthusiasm. Especially, when it makes progress, the ability of task-oriented organization will boost up.Task-oriented organization depends on outside resources more heavily. The type of resources required and the way of acquisition are more and the standard of requirement is higher. Since the task-oriented organization is set up according to the task, the activities of establishment and operation are urgent. So the resources required must be acquired quickly in order to the guarantee work.Task-oriented organization is different from routine organization in type of resources. The latter is established on the basis of labor division and the type of resources is same. So the competition exists not only in the organization but also among the organizations. As for the former, the type of resources is different because the task is changing. It aims at the resources which influence the completion of task directly. So the task-oriented organization has advantage in acquisition of soft resources such as social psychological resources and public opinion. Furthermore, the members'senses of dedication and cooperation form more easily in task-oriented organization than in routine organization. As for way of acquisition, task-oriented organization stresses on both formal and informal ways. Because the task is always urgent, the informal way of acquisition plays more important role in task-oriented organization.
