Along with the arrival of knowledge economy's era, the function of the science and technology emerges gradually in the development of society, the eco-environmental issues are becoming more and more prominent, the government has put forward the construction of socialism harmonious society and the building of socialism new countryside, the impact of the 2008 financial crisis still exists. These factors bring forward the new request for peasant mobility. The traditional model of peasant mobility is unable to adapt to the needs of the current and future development of society, the peasant mobility has encountered some difficulties. It is a momentous task for us to think about"how to solve the difficulties of peasant mobility and how to speed up the process of peasant mobility".Although"research on peasant mobility"has always been the hot topic studied by the academic, in the articles of seeking the paths to solve the difficulties met in peasant mobility, there are few articles which regard the peasant as one system and gave the holistic reflection from the perspective of philosophy, especially from the perspective of the ecological philosophy. These are fewer articles mentioned to analyze"the relationship between peasant mobility and science-technology"and"the relationship between peasant mobility and ecological environment". This thesis regards the peasant mobility as whole system by means of making the peasant mobility into the domain of eco-philosophy. It has given the deeply consideration and analysis about peasant by using some research methods, such as"the method of holistic way of thinking, the method of systems analysis, the method of the unity of history and logic, the method of multidisciplinary cross-analysis, the method of comparative analysis"and so on. This thesis has mainly focused on five primary questions according to the general logic way of thinking, namely, the way of thinking of"putting forward the problem, analyzing the problem and solving the problem".Firstly, this thesis has analyzed the non-harmony of the ancient model of peasant mobility. The thesis has reviewed the historical evolution of peasant mobility by regarding the relationship of human and nature as the cutting point. In the history run, the peasant mobility has experienced three stages, such as"the dependent stage, the imitative stage and the antagonistic stage". The non-harmony of peasant mobility has been exhibited in these three stages, especially in antagonistic stage. Looking from the reality of peasant mobility, we can find out the non-harmony of peasant is detailedly manifested in the following aspects,"the people pay more attention to personal interests but ignore the collective interests; the people pay more attention to increase the quantity but neglected the quality improvement; the people pay more attention to the economic effects but neglect the ecological effects; the people pay more attention to the immediate interests but ignore the long-term interests; the people pay more attention to material gain but ignore the spirit improvement". The non-harmony of peasant mobility is not inborn; meanwhile, it is not caused by single factor. The emergence of non-harmony of peasant mobility has some profound ideological roots. The non-harmony of peasant mobility is the result of conjunct effect of various factors, such as"the egregious manifestation of the human's subjectivity","the inducement of traditional outlook on development","the misleading of traditional outlook on resource","the restriction of traditional model of thinking". From the prospective of philosophy, four classes of incompatible puzzledoms can be reflected from the essence of non-harmony of peasant mobility, that's to say,"the contradiction between human and nature of the universe level, the contradiction between human and society of the macroscopic level, the contradiction among humans of the intermediate level, the contradiction between human's body and heart of the microscopic level". In order to realize the healthy subsistence and the sustainable development of floating peasant, the floating peasant need to extricate from these contradictory positions, which means the non-harmony model of peasant mobility should be carried through the fundamental transformation. The present era is the era of constructing ecological civilization. The idea of"the ecological means the harmonious"is being accepted by the world. Turning to the model of peasant ecological mobility is the fundamental transformation to non-harmony model of peasant mobility.Secondly, the thesis has analyzed the background of peasant mobility turning to peasant ecological mobility. At present, the ancient model of peasant mobility turned to peasant ecological mobility has the deeply factual background, the theory background and the epoch background. The together action of these three background factors makes the model of peasant ecological mobility become one tendency. From the practical background, the warning of the ecological-environment issues, the promotion of science-technology advancement and the enlightenment of constructing the harmonious society have played important role in changing the peasant mobility into peasant ecological mobility. Detailedly speaking, the warning of the ecological-environment issues, especially the warning of the continuous expansion of population, has played the key enlightenment function for turning to the model of ecological mobility from the ancient model of mobility. The advancement of science-technology also makes great impacts, such as"shortening the time of agricultural labor","enriching the ways of peasant mobility","expanding the space of peasant mobility","reforming the main floating peasant","improving the environment of peasant mobility", which lead some substantial changes taken placed in peasant mobility. The construction of harmonious society not only makes the concept of harmony accepted by the world, but also creates a harmonious social atmosphere, which offers the harmonious surroundings for turning the ancient peasant mobility into peasant ecological mobility. In the factual background, the thesis has specially pointed out the dual variation relationship between peasant mobility and ecological environment, the relationship between peasant mobility and the advancement of science-technology. From the theory background, turning the ancient model of peasant mobility into ecological mobility is based on the following theories, such as the growing up to the theory of ecological philosophy, the favor to theory of people's overall development, the care to the theory of dissipative structures, the attention to the theory of development position, the emphasis to the theory of sustainable development. From the epoch background, the construction of ecological civilization, the ecological of society and the ecological of the people's subsistence rationality promote the ancient model of peasant mobility turning to peasant ecological mobility. In the course of constructing ecological civilization, the peasant mobility has been endowed with the profound ecological meaning. The ecological of society including the ecological evidence of economy, politics and consciousness in social framework has boosted the ecological turning of peasant mobility. The ecological of the people's subsistence rationality mainly mentions the ecological of people's consumption concept, the ecological of people's way of thinking and the ecological of people's value concept, which has facilitated ecological turning of peasant mobility. The joint actions of three kinds of background factors make the ecological turning of peasant mobility not only have the possibility, but also have the inevitability. The trend to the ecological turning of peasant mobility is increasingly prominent.Thirdly, this thesis has analyzed the connotation of peasant ecological mobility. The essence of peasant ecological mobility is one way or means for the floating peasant to achieve their healthy subsistence and sustainable development through the certain harmonious space-time transformation. Besides the conventional attributes, such as"regional, periodic, selective, social, public", the peasant ecological mobility also has other special attributes, such as"harmonious, organic, systemic, diversity"and so on. According to"the epistemology", the holistic cognition to the peasant ecological mobility consists of"the holistic cognition to the structure of peasant ecological mobility"and"the holistic cognition to the effect of peasant ecological mobility". Meanwhile, from the view of the ecological holism, there are profuse holistic relationships contained in interior of the system of peasant ecological mobility, such as"potential and non-potential","positional and non-positional","qualitative and non-qualitative","orderly and non-orderly","limited and limitless". According to the theory of value, the peasant ecological mobility has the intrinsic value and the external value. The external value of it is mainly reflected in"its social value, economic value, ecological value, political value, cultural value and ethics value". Compared with the past model of peasant mobility, the peasant ecological mobility is more reasonable and more preponderant for developing.Fourthly, this thesis has explored the contemporary construction of peasant ecological mobility. The peasant ecological mobility is striving to the intrinsic harmonious unification of the four kinds of relationship, such as"human and nature","human and society","human and human"and"human himself". This pattern of striving to the harmony can be summarized as"the model of PSTESEOA". The model of PSTESEOA is one way of peasant mobility, which takes people's all-round development as the important concern, which takes the improvement of the people's science-technology quality as the key support, which takes the harmonious unity of"economic benefit, social benefit and ecological benefit"as the vital guarantee, which takes the government's effective organization and management as the significant condition. The peasant ecological mobility is established on the basis of certain principles. These principles are not only the guide line for constructing the peasant ecological mobility, but also the index contents for evaluating the peasant ecological mobility interactively. Constructing this kind of peasant mobility should at least adhere to the humanized principle, the overall principle, the competitive principle, the economical principle, the candid principle and the tolerant principle. The peasant ecological mobility is a huge and organic integrated eco-system including the"human-nature-society", which is made up of many subsystems, such as"people, society, economy, politics, culture, science-technology, ecology, resource". There are certain theory significances and the practice significances within this process. As for the theory significance, constructing peasant ecological mobility has enriched the current theory-research material about peasant mobility and has offered the theoretical explanation for us to solve the difficulties met by floating peasant. It has supplied the world outlook and methodology of ecological holism for us to understand the peasant mobility correctly and make positive response to the peasant mobility. It is helpful for establishing the theoretical foundation for us to build up the right outlook on peasant. As for the practical significance of constructing the peasant ecological mobility, it is the important path to realize floating peasant's all-round development, it is the key support to build up the socialism new-country and it is the vital impetus to construct the socialism harmonious society. In short, constructing the peasant ecological mobility promote"the harmonious concomitance of human and nature, the harmonious symbiosis of human and society, the harmonious coexistence of humans, the harmonious co-development of human's body and mind.In summary, the consideration to peasant mobility from the perspective of ecological philosophy is useful for us to explore and understand the non-harmony of ancient peasant mobility deeply. The peasant mobility is closely connected with the advancement of science-technology and the improvement of ecological environment. The ecological turning of the peasant mobility is the essential reform to the non-harmony of the ancient peasant mobility. The peasant ecological mobility is an inevitable trend for the development of peasant mobility. Constructing peasant ecological mobility is a complex system-engineering. The construction of peasant ecological mobility with certain theoretical significance and practical significance adapts to the requirement of social development and conforms to the trend of ecological civilization construction.
