As a special group in China, peasant-worker plays a very important role insociety mobility. There are many studies on peasant-workers in academia, but mainlyon the eyes of macroscopic scale or meso level, few involved in the micro research.Because the internal delamination of migrant worker class has come out obviously,there is a big gap of economic and social status between peasant-workers in differentlevels, some elite groups has been completely upward upper-class in academic society,but there is still a part of peasant-workers just can make a living. Thanks to thediversity of the needs of peasant-workers in different levels, the influence factorsaffected in the process of satisfying their demand are also different.The author will do the research on the social mobility of peasant-worker from themicro level. This paper chose families from the two activities which are called “wesee life in chengdu” and “we see life in jinjiang” hold by Ai Da Xun Social WorkService Center as the research object. After the preliminary interview on the sixty-twofamilies from the two activities,we conducted in-depth interviews with four familieswho have worked outside over ten years. Through literature analysis method, the oralhistory method, content analysis method and other research tools, this paper analyzedthe influence factors of the society mobility of the peasant-workers in different levels.Firstly, On the basis of reading a large number of references,we design the twolists Keyword phrase list and Chinese mood adjective check list under the guidance ofour mentor. Secondly, we began the formal interviews after the completion ofpreparation of this paper, get four families which were endowed with the year, scoresand important events, Sort out the context of the four families’ important events,understand the gist situation of the four families’ life, then, conducted in-depthinterviews with them and recorded it, each important event is the main line in ainterviews,follow this main line design outline including the three-part: events,processes, results, conducted interviews According outline, Put the tape into writtenmaterials after interviews as original data, revise the two lists Keyword phrase list andChinese mood adjective check list to make them more practical. Thirdly, we use thetwo tables to help us to analyze the important events and interview materials. Finally,through the analyzing of the important events and interview materials, we are tryingto find out the main factors of affecting the peasant-worker’s economic and social status flow upward. Throughout the course of the study, we hope to solve the problemand keep the original data for the Study of peasant-worker through the analysis of thecontent and form of oral information.
