The students'achievement and its influence factors have always been of concern as general theoretical and practical issues to the community. Under the current education system, academic achievement is still a key indicator for evaluating student learning. It determines whether students can achieve the opportunity of further education and affects the quality of school as well. Thus, the research still has their practical significance.This research selects the students in Karamay and Xiangshan County middle school as research objects and follows the working path of "pre-research interview" to "the questionnaire data collection". The research combines the qualitative and quantitative research methods, depending on large-scale questionnaire and data analysis. It is a multi-factor analysis method, which analyze the family, school and individual factors on the academic achievement of junior high school system. Then the basic relationship between the factors is found to explore differences in student achievement at all levels. Then the regression model is built. Finally, the research reveals the relationship between the factors and find out which is the most important factors. The analysis path is demonstrated as follows:interview, research assumption, data collection, model validation, and conclusion.The main achievements of this study are shown as follows:Firstly, the factor of family background has important influence on illustrating students' academic achievement. The results show that the following facts exist: parents'education level and the occupation significantly affected the students' academic achievement. The factor of nuclear family plays an important role of improving the student's achievement. There is no significant influence on between from single-parent families and from nuclear families. It may indicate the values, atmosphere and positive emotion of the family have an important influence to the students'achievement.Secondly, the school quality is the key factor of influencing academic achievement no matter what other factors are introduced into the model. It is different from the conclusion of Colman's Report. It indicates that the school quality has special influence to the students'achievement in China. Provide an academic support on phenomenal of "school-chosen"Thirdly, achievement-oriented school culture play an important role in the students'performance, which is less bully, strong sense of belonging, positive relationship between the peer group and the teachers.Fourthly, students'heavy burden will not lead to severe consequence, the research shows that students of well-qualified school feels less physical fatigue under high pressure than that of in less-qualified school. It further indicates that the students of well-qualified have better social behavior, the policy of reducing the students'burden is necessary.Fifthly, Family and school participate in establishing the achievement -oriented school culture. School quality and the students'social status are significantly associated; parents'occupations play an important role in students'achievement, which differs from Colman's Report.Sixthly, the student achievement determined by the students'individual. It shows that the females'achievement's predominance is common in the junior high school, the personal intelligence, Psychological qualities, social adaptability, self-responsibility, healthy diet also have an strong influence in the students' achievement.Finally, minority nation students achieve equal opportunity in education. Their achievements are more independent from family background. They have an advantage in educational opportunities.The conclusions of the research are summarized as follows: First of all, the research confirms the complexity of influence factors of students' achievement. The students' achievement can not be simply determined by single factor. In the mean while, the study of students'achievements is not only important in theoretical research but also have important value in practice. This is special important to the academic stuff, and avoid the label-effect in evaluating the students.Secondly, great achievement can be obtained from the school and the family education in improving students'academic, it is practical of improving the students' achievement through better social behavior, better social relationship. In order to improve the students'achievement, positive achievement-oriented environment needs to be built up by the family and the school.
