There are more than 90 elderly people, at an average age of 72 in Ping Stockaded Village of Xiajiang Town, Chongjiang City, Qiandongnan in Guizhou Province. They are the basic power for the traditional village society, and also for the old type community. They had experienced poverty and hardship, moved into the new era, but couldn't enjoy a happy life at an old age. With the development of society, the pursuit of modernity manifested more demands on the maximization of economic benefits so that the elders gave their authority to the offspring who have the economic strength, more accommodated arrangements for the children, such as occupancy condition and pension dependent manner which followed the route of migrant works to be beneficial to children. Therefore this aroused some subtle changes of the traditional family support order and the increasing power of the children's behaviors in leading the order of change and running.Social care for the aged has become an important complement to the family to care for the aged, and objectively the elderly in Ping also appear the social support of wants. But the villager's traditional values are deeply rooted, "I raise cub, cub takes care of me" is the most basic of intergenerational reciprocity principles, the current selection into the nursing home for the elderly will not really living, which is shameful. Our young people expect the aged life, above all, living with their children. Otherwise their live independently. At most, they will buy some social endowment insurance, and refuse to live in a home for the aged.Rapidly increased income is the greatest benefits from the population flow in Ping Stockaded Village, the people's living standards is greatly improved. However, population flow also created a good many problems for the elderly when the villagers enjoyed the fruits of economic development. The children's flow causes the elders' care to come under extremely tremendous influence. Family status between parents and children changed because of children's revenue, then the authority of elderly fell, gradually the elderly lost the issue of leading the family, which brought about intergenerational changes in family relationships. Simultaneously, the elderly bore a heavy burden to do farm work and to take care of their grandsons. There is no doubt that children are filial to their parents. Abandoning the aged never happened in Ping, but it does not mean that caring for the aged are really achieved. Because children did not look after their parents at elbow, and the elderly did not live a leisure life. Although the support order of the Ping's family hasn't experienced substantial changes, it emerges out of balance between filial piety and support regulated by the order because of the population flow and intergenerational changes in family relationships. The imbalance would quickly regain its balance if children transfer the necessary care of their failing parents to social supports, which would cause a qualitative change in the family support order. In fact, such changes could not occur in Ping, with underlying reasons lying in that the foundation of the order is regulated by the filial piety culture built on the basis of intergenerational relationships. Intergenerational relationships based on consanguinity value express eternally that it is a pair of reciprocal filial piety between upbringing from parents and support from children. Despite the long-term working in cities, Ping's young people eventually will return to the stockaded village to accompany their parents. The geographical environment of Ping is still comparatively closed. Although foreign cultural elements often come into villager's life, these could not change the stubborn idea——"son providing for old age". The family support order must be stably running only in the case that the basis of intergenerational relationships constructed the culture of filial piety were changed.Current formed filial piety and support in Ping is under a certain social order to comply with the reciprocal monophyly toward sons and the internalization traditional habits of values and to emphasize on feedback mode of upbringing and support between parents and children, the villagers regulating and dealing with various issues related. The culture of filial piety in Ping is still the moral tradition, "I raise cub, cub takes care of me" is the most simple concept of filial piety awareness and "Abandoning the aged never happened" is the most simple practice of filial piety awareness. With the developing economy and living standards, the younger generation in Ping comes to realize that the support is no longer simple eating whether for themselves or for their parents, it means further needs such as living care, financial support and spiritual consolation. Parents and children are the subject among the order of family support in Ping. Parents bring up their children and children support their parents when they are old, which means that the parental relationship based on the genetic composition of parents bringing their children evolve into the relationship of filial piety and support with children growing up. This is just the feedback mode of intergenerational reciprocity, which is the subject's performance built on parental relationship and moral ethic. So, in order to ensure subject's performance in accordance with the arrangement and operation of the family support order, the monophyly toward sons of the family property inheritance and support liability and the internalization habits of burial bringing peace to the deceased and owning both son and daughter constitute behavior mechanism of the order's subject, then assure filial piety and support orderly operating. It is in this strict order, despite of facing impact of population flow and intergenerational relation, family support in Ping does not gives way to social cares for the aged. There are three conditions objectively sustaining the family support order stability. First, whether family or social care for the aged, the basic requirement is to ensure the elderly security in old age. Because of stubborn concept and limitation of economic capacity, villagers still pursue family support rather than social care for the aged, which should attract the attention of national policy-makers. Secondly, villagers regard the soil as their livelihood and they would not take the migrant work all their life. In the end, migrant works will get their lives back on their soil and finish the life. Thirdly, with the changes in the environment of Guizhou and the economic-oriented tourism development strategy, the Dong's classical culture ever had been weakened rediscover the power of recovery. Under the influence of these factors, the traditional family support order should be to strengthen stability and operation of behavior of subjects and the behavior mechanism, not to break the interaction between subjects to establish a new order.
