On basis of some analysis to the educational quality pursuit to the post stable employment period of higher vocational education, a professional curricular group development was forwarded as a core effort to the all round quality and inner capacity of due higher education. Introducing the occupational cluster, an idea flourished in American career education movement, to the general definition of professional curricular group, an institutional and flexible curriculum development module was explicated. And with a chronologic analysis to the present student cultivating methodology in Chinese higher education, the theoretical basis of due curriculum concept was explained to on its potential benefits to the efficiency of professional education resource supplement.To a large extend, the systemic constriction to higher vocational education, the interest difficulty to the collaboration between enterprises and due institutes, and the potential risks in major construction given the construction of professional curricular group an exclusive necessarily. And therefore, with several coincidences, such as the university spirit of vocational college vs. their social responsibility to cultivation of technical talent, due students'life-long learning vs. vocational faculty's curriculum responsibility and the contemporary knowledge-based economic vs. the students oriented educational resource provision were explicated, a concept of curriculum as develop resource may be taken as a methodological basis to the construction of professional curricular group.And for the ultimate value of curriculum is some supportive resource to students'development, vocational higher education institutes were supposed to establish a platform to cater to students'educational resource selection. And some responsible units, for instance, a curricular selection centre, some learning resource divisions, and an open-minded curriculum strategic group may be indispensable. What is more, various supportive mechanisms, such as an education coupon-based financial structure, the flexible class teaching organization, the technique skill appraisement learning evaluation and the public bidding to the selection for professional key curriculum teachers were advocated.To long-run reinforcement of due college's ability to cater to the advanced and potential industries with higher technical talent, a comparatively independent and self-determinative school-based curriculum design, that may ensure the combination among teachers'designing, implementing and optimizing to the curriculum, was supposed to be taken as a strategically principle to who would act as the main part in curriculum design and development. And in a pursuit to the correspondent between the demand and provision in educational resource, a technical learning structure based curriculum designing module may act as a basic practice principle. And therefore, the main topic of due curriculum designing may convert to the organization of practical training and internship text-book.To a methodological extend, how to deal with the relationship between quality and justice in higher vocational education, and whether its content construction could stand for reinforcing the educational justice in due pedagogical scope, were the ethnical premise to the pursuit of post employment period of vocational higher education. And it was the hypothesis excited a curricular group suggestion, that value dilemma would not away from us as we were producing and providing an educational service. Generally speaking, taking an exchanging value justice as the final foundation to the social educational fairness and pursuing an individual practical education worth for students'were the theoretical interest and axiological orientation to the professional curricular group.
