Research On Pedagogic Ecology Of Our Country Sports Universities Development

Our country sports universities are constituents of the colleges and universities, and have greatly impelled the national higher education in quantity and scale after the founding of the nation. But however, there are dissimilation or degeneration phenomena between sports universities main body with main body, main body with system as well as system with the external environment, they cannot realize "the coordination evolution" in the relatedness, coupling and compatibility so as to lead to ecological unbalance crises of education fuzzy localization, identical goal, scale inflation without the characteristic and so on. By literature methodology, expert interview and demonstration analytic methods and so on, this research tries to use pedagogic ecology principles and examines, reorganizes, analyzes and explains relations between ecological equilibrium with unbalance of our country sports universities development from balance theory in order to explore the optimized way of being beneficial to sports universities development, it is divided into four parts.The first part is ecology movement of sports universities development. The self-adjustment process from growth to maturation of sports universities development is not only by ecological factor's own efforts, but also by mutual reacting among ecological factors. If an ecological factor appears abnormality or defect, it is bound to affect and restrict ecology movement of sports universities development. This has connections with its ecological attributes of ecology controllability and limit factor law, ecology region and ecological niche principle, ecology tolerance and optimum principle.The second part is ecology perspective of sports universities development. The ecological structures of type, region, hierarchical and exterior ecological environment of sports universities development have interactive, which they impel and restrict mutually. Both ceaselessly carry on exchange of material, knowledge, information, talented person and so on, but the activity must be controlled in ecology carrying capacity scope which weighs its speed and scale criterion.
