In the perspective of opening and dynamic time and space related to "the global field" , we are faced with an important task: how are the surviving conditions of the underprivileged group? How is the humanistic care of those underprivileged people? This research pays particular attention to the topic in the school context. In the complex process of making the rules of entering the "field" , creating the advantages of being in the "field" , searching for the strategy of forming the "field" , controlling the techniques of settling the "field" , inducing the conflict in the "field" , taking the initiative of retreating from the "field" , clinging to the correspondence in the "field" , collaborating on the establishment of the "field" , all kinds of situations of the underprivileged group at "this time" and "this space" are described : no selection, no help, obeying, serving, rejecting, overturning, suspending and being unconcerned. The process in which they are forgotten, derogated, over-explained and constantly split is overtly shown in a quiet way.In this research, "the underprivileged group" is an opening and dynamic conception with abundant meanings. It mostly refers to the special group under the disadvantageous conditions. There are three groups. The first group is considered as and really is the underprivileged group. The second group is considered as, but in fact not the underprivileged group. The third group may change into the underprivileged group.This research applies the theory of field of P.Bourdieu to the study of the school field and tries to catch the soul of his theory: the field is the network of relationships; the field is the harmony between synchronism and diachronism; the field is the agency of reshaping; the power mechanism of the field originates from the distance, difference and asymmetrical relationship between different forces; field, capital and habitus are interrelated; the field theory finally points to the sociology of reflexive and practice theory.This research tries to bring forward "a research model based on life" as a conscious pursuit of methodology. As far as time and space are concerned, this kind of research keeps close to the life practice of education. It is not limited to the specified time and space. It can not only extend infinitely but also focus on some particular aspects. As for the researcher, although he must face the problem of "entering" and "experiencing" , it is the kind of "entering" and "experiencing" in the life practice or in the opening time and space. Hence few or man-made factors. In the model of presentation, this research matches life, teaching and research. It can achieve the pluralistic understanding of the theory and practice of education in the form of a harmonious dialog, but it does not keep to a particular side.The reflection at the end of the research focuses on not only the persons to practice education and their behavior but also the entire education and my present research. The quality of educational behavior is a quality with the behavior of reflection. This reflection must be made in the different relationships of the field. It roots in and faces the educational practice. It is the reflection of the entire field of education. The quality of teachers is the quality with the dancers in fetters. Teachers are both creators of the Utopia and the helpers of undoing cryptograms. The educational idea is to pay continual attention to the surviving conditions and the reform. With the change of "cheese" , there will be new educational vitality and new educational life by means of my research experiences and challenges.
