Drilling operation is the leader of oil exploration with the characteristics of high-tech,high-risk,labor-intensive,work place in the field all the year round,heavy physical strength,high labor intensity,ultra-high altitude,high safety risk coefficient and etc.For a long time,the field drilling staff are in the high-risk,monotonous and high-intensity field work environment with high mental tension,which has borne great pressure in both physical and mental,especially in case of safety accidents such as well collapse and blowout,which will further aggravate the psychological tension of the field operation staff.Serious staff may have anxiety,insomnia,high blood pressure,stomach spasm and interpersonal disorder and so on.The working pressure of field workers in a certain project department of the No.3Drilling Company of D Oilfield Drilling Company is taken as the research object,through site investigation and Semi-structured interview the analysis and evaluations of the work stress and demands of field workers are manifested as: physical discomfort;psychological anxiety and irritability;indifferent interpersonal relationship;lack of confidence in life,etc,which are urgently needed to timely guide psychological tension,enhance communication between colleagues and workers,improve the state of family separation,humanistic care from the organizational level and ensure the safety of production and operation.Based on the consistency of objectives and ideas of enterprise labor union,human resource management as well as social work,and with the support of relevant departments,through linking internal and external resources of the enterprise,which can strive for corresponding welfare treatment for field workers;Carry out case psychological counseling for employees with special difficulties;Organize employee pressure release supportive group activities;Suggest the enterprise focus on and give full paly to advantages of the labor union and Party branch,such as caring for the welfare of the employees,close contact with the masses,carry out humanistic care for the employees,enhance the sense of belonging and security of the field employees,build the interpersonal support network of friendship and kinship,and then ease the work pressure.
