Edge: The Social Structure Nature Of The Analysis, For Example, Chongqing Hechuan

The research focuses on recognizing the structure of Chinese social region and advancing some concepts about the social regionlization theory. Through analysing the market and social region structure of Chongqing Hechuan--the county-level municipality in western China, I find that Hechuan social structure is a region structure, that is to say the social groups has evolved a connection system between center and edge for different places. It has difference, connection, relativity and change. Hechuan has edge if it is put in the Chongqing region system: Contrast to Chongqing, the relative targets of Hechuan social structure have dear difference. The development of the difference is the result of the connection and exchange between Chongqing and Hechuan, and it is base of closer contact and wider exchange. As an edge place, Hechuan's attachment, passivity and being controlled about the economy, politics and culture, is the reason of Hechuan developing only with its own law but not like the key region. But this is not to say it is absolute backwardness and not development. And this is an existing way, developing way and relative state.This is one part of the system of social regionlization theory that the essay hope to research deeply. Looking at the globe from this angle, I find the globe structure is going to regiontization. Looking at Chinese social structure from this angle, I find there are two changes: going toward the world system, returning to China.The essence is going back to regionalized society and going to edge. Chinese society is a socialist of regionalization. It had accumulated deep region system and culture during thousands of years olds' development. Now, China is going back to region society for Chinese native cultural practice and the globe regionlization. And it is going toward the edge of the globe system. Going toward region is not equal to returning to the past, and going toward edge is not equal to regionlization. Comparing with the system of modern times west society and isolated, closed station, going back region is taken as the starting points for building socialism with Chinese characteristics, going toward region is taken as a essetial stage of going toward key region, that has a positive and progressive significance. Provided we hold the great flag of Deng Xiaoping theory, liberate from the trammels of traditional dogmatism and west ideology, recognize and solve problems from Chinese stand and angle, reform deeply and extend open policy. Regionization and going toward the edge will be the starting point of China going to a new era and beginning a huge development.
