Trust, And Its Regulation

In typical system of market economy, trust is the most essential ethic feature and contract is the most essential institutional feature. They make up the foundation stone of this system jointly. For the former, there are more confusion and various interpretations in the research area. The globalization and information are emboldening the challenge in reality. On account of various elements, we are devoid of scientific studies on the trust-relations between enterprises in the transitional period of China.The theme of this paper is to discuss the trust-relations between enterprises from the performance of the action, describe and analyze the state of affairs about these trust-relations in transition-period of China, probe into their essence and how they are founded and maintained. The concept of contract is inducted as a governance mechanism for trust-relations. This paper falls into five sections:Section one, it focuses on the researches and theories for this theme. They are consisted of five parts: research on trust, social capital and network relations, theories on contract, legal person action, reasonable selection and game-theory.Section two discusses the research method and technique.Section three analyzes the current essential challenge and opportunity of survival. It mainly concentrates on three sources of trust-relations and their interlacing in transitional period of China. They are from traditional Chinese society, planning economic era and market economic epoch.In section four, it constructs a kind of framework of researching trust-relations in transition-period of China. It regards the enterprise-actor as reason-man of society and draws into a visual angle of Embeddedness. It pays attention to the influence and effect about relational networks of society and institutional design. Based on these, it probes into the different modes of trust-relations and their diverse motive logic.In section five, it utilizes the former framework and brings forward that the system of current trust-relations is upside down. It puts forth that there are main trust-relations modes during transition-period of China.In section six (Chapter six to nine), utilizing the former framework, this paper brings forward and verified three abecedarian hypotheses in investigation. It relates to the essence of current trust-relations essence and how to found and maintain trust-relations.Based on academic and experiential analysis, this paper put forward three challenges and their vitality in restructuring trust-relations system of our country.
