This question for study wants to make first research on the fundamental characteristics of modern education by means of combining education problem with the problem of time. Because of modern trend consciousness and self confirm demand, the study of education must develop by thorough philosophical attitude. The fundamental characteristic of philosophy is quizzing. The problem of modern education is the relation of modernity and education on qualities and attitude. The attitude through my research is reflexion and understanding. A question emerges, that is by which is possible for education. After truth and value, how the individual with natural difference overstep the single, accidental, occupying by compelling work the course of socialization and turn and value, how the individual with is possible for education. The question has no relation to universal truth structure and methodology, but the form of modern education, one is the problem of time.Time question is the relationship of education and time. The research carries out by means of three questions. First, what promotes us paying attention to time? That is inevitability maintaining our lives. Second, how do we experience time? That is by means of time mechanism of cerebrum. Third, where do we where we experience time? That is by means of time mechanism of cerebrum. Third, where we experience directly the time? That is clock, we get modern time idea on it. Modern education can' t break away from time. Time is condition and limit of education. Because of a new discovery for time, education is restored to self- construction of man.The relation of education and time can be summarized on theory to socialization and personalization, continuity and uncontinuity, change and eternal. The relation in daily educational activities is expressed by means of schedule, efficiency, rhythm and opportunity. The fundamental significance of time for modern education lies in difference.
