Culture of ethical education is an open proposition. As some research has already had a lot, fresh research continuously springs up. This research attempts to start from distinctive culture stand to supply a fresh version in the interest of the education culture of our country.The mission of this dissertation rests with: from culture entirety and from the stress that at present people lay on ethical education and theory, how to explore the possible relationship between morality education and culture, then investigate the different bearings that people approached these relationships and propose the self interpretation to this. The dissertation is assumed that culture is a fully complex idea. Also there are numerous conduct forms. If it is not properly limited the ranges and levels of study, the inquirement on relationship between the culture and the morality education will fall into confusion .The relevant expositions of the confusion is not merely suspicious, but also meaningless-This is maybe the main faults of the past research on education and culture.Culture Entirety is to hold culture fundamental property and details. Culture is self-consciousness of mankind. It is a unity in which culture introspection and culture exist. "Type", "Comparison " and " Paradox " are the fundamental property of culture which is culture details . At present, there are a lot of problems that attract people's attention, but where the subject of the theory of ethical education belongs, contemporary quality of morality education and the predicament that morality education reaches such theory are three focal problems. Culture research on ethical education is a kind of culture consciousness, which contains two basic ways of culture requirement relationship. According to this, this dissertation forms three propositions-the theory of culture type of morality education which probes into the problem to which the subject of the morality education theories belongs from the culture type; the intercultural theory of morality education which starts out from the culture details to probe into contemporary problem of morality education: the theory of culture paradox of the morality education which from the paradox details of culture probe into the problem in predicament with morality education and its theory. Moreover, culture, as self-consciousness of mankind has a course of logitudinal evolution. The relevant morality education is also certainly among this evolution, it forms the 4th proposition of the research which is the culture pedigree of ethical education.
