University classroom culture refers to the values and behavior norms formed in the long-term classroom teaching practice,together with the resulting practice activities,including the awareness of the value of knowledge,the understanding of human values and the awareness of existence and so on.University classroom culture is a part of the university culture,which not only has an important influence on improving the quality of university teaching,but also promotes the development and innovation of university culture.At present,it is rare to see academic studies on university classroom culture,most of which are mainly focused on the study of primary and secondary classroom culture,and studies on university classroom are seldom.Based on the analysis of other scholars'research achievements on classroom culture,this paper tries to study on the university classroom culture from a new perspective of corporate culture.From the nature of cultural,corporate culture and university classroom culture have something in common.They share the same core concept of "people-oriented",which views achieving people's comprehensive development as the pursuit of value;from the construction method,the corporate culture has more mature research ideas and methods.Therefore,the theory of corporate culture is of significant value and reference for university classroom culture.This paper builds the university classroom culture system and elaborates the logical relationship between them.University classroom culture including three parts:university classroom environment culture,university classroom teaching culture and university classroom value culture.They are progressive and interactive with each other,showing a"pyramid" type of logic relationship.Among them,each culture contains a lot of sub-factors,which are independent and connected.Based on this study,this paper analyzes the restricting factors in university classroom culture,and builds a supporting system to perfect university classroom culture as for the numerous problems.I hope that these findings will further enrich the university classroom culture studies,and provide a reference and help for others' future research.
