The title of this paper is 'Transnational Population Movements and National Security: Analysis of a Non-traditional Security Factor.The research fields of the paper are composed by two parts, one is the migration as a non-traditional security factor's influence upon national security in the stage of transnational population movements, the other is how the national security policies determining the movements of migration. The first part is the kernel of the paper, the second one will also be taken into consideration.The paper uses the New Security concept and Migration System theory as basic analysis tools. Meanwhile, practical and academic means will be combined in the whole paper. All these are try to find the possibility that both migration and nation-state can be co-exit well in the age of migration.The research of this paper helps us to know relations between international migration and national security well. It can also be beneficial to establish national migration security system.The research supplies the gap between national security and transnational population movements. The paper's most important fruit is the idea of Migration Security and this is the soul of the whole paper.
