Transition Of China's Investment In Education System

In the 1920', in the research of economy increase, western countries discovered the great value of education in economy increase, formed abundant theories on education investment and made a lot of achievements. Nowadays, human beings have entered knowledge economy age in which the development of education and human resources has become a vital supporting system for all countries in the world to realize the sustainable development in economy and society, a key problem and essential strategies for them to enhance comprehensive national power and international competition. At present, China is in an important period of economic and social reform. The quantity of population is large while the quality low. It is of momentous current significance to increase the research of China's education investment system, to attempt to establish and perfect education investment system that is adjusted to China's socialist market economy system through system innovation and redesign, to turn the heavy burden of large population into an advantage in human resources, and to offer intellectual support for the development of economy and society.Based on Marxist educational economy and property theory, the thesis, centering on the quality of investment and the law of education development, has made a research on the quality of China's education products and its benefits of education investment in the reform period. By making a comprehensive use of the research at home and abroad , the author has made an analysis and comparison of China's current education investment system from the perspectives of education investment, financial aid and market mechanism. On the basis of the above, drawing on the successful experience and advanced theories of foreign countries' education investment design, the author has made a system design to enhance and guarantee the national financial support to education investment in reform period, to encourage citizens to invest on education, to enhance its financial ability in the capital market, to make the most of the limited education resources and achieve the best results of the education investment, thus to meet the needs of the people's various and high-quality education.
