Studies On The Interface Moving And The Pattern Choosing Of University Technology Transfer

In the learning society based on knowledge, university, as the producer of knowledge and technology, has already been turning from dissociating in the economy system edge to the power source of economy increasing. University technology transfer, that is transferring knowledge, technology, and production created in university to society and business, completing the university knowledge flow and application, and realizing its market value, which has been more and more arousing people's attention. As one object of philosophy of science and technology research, especially one of research for philososhy of technology, policy and stratagem of science and technology, technology appears to the certain knowledge form of particular system evolvement.
