The topic of this research is "Education and Creation of Harmonious Family". It aims to seek a way to help family members in creating a harmonious atmosphere among each other through education. The targets are family members of all society levels, ranging from small ordinary house-hold to huge distinguished family. This study will look into the growth and education process of a person, to understand the influence of education for good in his/her live.Nowadays, changes in social environment have resulted in changes in family structure, as well as relationship among each other - Structure is crumbling, and the bonding among family members are falling apart Home is no longer the most important place like it used to be. People hesitate to contribute to others, and finally leads to enormous social problems. Then again, a peaceful world is a collective of well-ordered countries, a well-ordered country is an assembly of harmonious families, and harmonious family starts with well-educated and disciplined individual. This is well evidenced in Chinese ancient philosophy.Fine ambiances in a family circle always help children to form cheerful, optimistic and upright personality. Therefore, developing a well-organized, tidy, pleasing environment is the ideal way to ensure children's bright future. When people are faced with distasteful experience, they tend to seek for support Family is the ultimate source of caring, heartening and comforting. This is the value of a harmonious family, and also the immediate cure to most of the problems in human society.The foundation of this study is the idea of establishing a healthy family environment via education. By looking into each stage of learning process for an individual, we will examine how it affects families in human society, thus exploring the prospect for a better life.There are several points to be looked at in this research, mainly:1.The value of harmonious family: What is the purpose of developing a harmonious family? How does it influence human society? By the way, to research the reason that causes the loss of harmonious atmosphere in today families: While human society is evolving from traditional into a modern one, changes occur in relationship among family members, especially when people are constantly faced with difficulties. What is the solution?2.The relationship between harmonious family and education: How to create a harmonious family by the means of education?3.The creation of harmonious family: By looking into different perspectives such as school education, family education as well as social education, so that to implement the idea of life-long learning process, in order to create harmonious family.The concept of this study is different from conventional education system. In contrast, it shows that chances of learning are ubiquitous, throughout one's lifetime. The objective of the research is to popularize the idea of life-long education, and also the importance of creating harmonious family. By incorporating these ideas into traditional learning system, one might have further possibilities to follow the right path to personal and organizational ethics, the development of virtue, and the learning and practice of proper behaviour that would lead to social harmony.The thesis consists of five chapters. The first chapter analyses structure and functionality of family in affecting an individual over his/her stages of growing process. The section also explains the bond between one and his/her family. In addition, it defines the idea of harmonious family from various perspectives, for example, "element", "standard identification", "cultural gap" and "family value". It justifies the importance of family harmony to individual as well as human society. To investigate the problems existed and the analysis of the problems. From the perspective of the harmonious family depletion phenomenon, searching and sourcing proper solution is critical. The second chapter of the thesis focuses on the relationship between harmonious family and education, analysis of effectiveness of education discussing various perspectives of education and its effects to cultivating harmonious family. The third to the fifth chapters will discuss in-depth value of education from the perspective of family education, school education, social education and others, as the differences of perceived value exist, therefore, the model of education must be able to adopt the changes, the content of the education therefore become more and more diverse, which eventually leads to further investigation. The role of school and society now is how to provide the most suitable education. The fifth chapter will be focusing on the implementation from the adjustment of perspective such as encouraging life-long learning concept, introducing new subject, collaborating with the external opportunity, implementing life-long learning opportunity in order to increase the people's life to intelligence level and ultimately achieving the objective of cultivating harmonious family.
