Further emancipating the minds, updating the concepts and building a life-long education system in rural areas have a very important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance for promoting rural economic society and human development, for fulfilling people-ceritered scientific concept of development in the rural areas, for improving rural population's moral quality, scientific and cultural quality, and the quality, and for building a well-off society in an all-round way.At present China's rural population is relatively low level of education, whose qualities are not high, thoughts are not liberated, concepts are obsolete, and lack of scientific and cultural knowledge, which lead to rural areas' development fall behind, agricultural and construction remained at a relatively low level, and low income of peasants', and "Sannong Problem" is still unresolved. The restrict of peasants' education also led to a large number of idle and waste of human resources, which had an impact on the development of innovation of the whole society. To improve education in rural areas, to make peasants receive better education, and to improve the quality of peasants are very urgent, which should be a strategic issue and also a matter of overall importance. This study is theoretical based on Marxist economics, Developmental Economics, starts with the present status of the education system in rural areas, analyzes the education problems of China's peasants, and studies the necessity of carrying out life-long education and its effects to solve the "Sannong" problem and to push forward the building of a new socialist countryside, and then discusses the necessity and feasibility of life-long education of peasants.Through the empirical analysis, this thesis tries to find out the difficulties of building the peasants' life-long education system of China and tries to find out the methods to solve difficulties and problems, and puts forward strategies and suggestions for life-long education system of China's peasants, and put the China's peasants' life-long education basic content and evaluation system into practice.
