Social Capital Situation And Individual's Choice Action

Some phenomenon happened during the social survey about the state-owned enterprises in old industry base in northeast China mean there exists mutual relation between the formation and development of individual's social network and the unit environment of the state-owned enterprises. The development of state-owned enterprises influence the formation of individual's social capital, at the same time, individual's special environment of living and working also lead to unique formation of social network and social capital. Because it's unavoidable to be influenced by special social network and social capital when individual makes choice, the different social network and social capital due to unit's influences will cause different limitation to individual's choice action for the staff in old industry base in northeast China so that leading to different result of choice action.In special environment of action, individual's choice action is not always depended on rational choice criterion, but more depended on the influence of special situation factors, such as empirical feeling and psychological experience, in real life.
