| The aim of this dissertation is to construct an educational model based on the idea of "full development". The study is performed by means of studying cases, giving explanations on "full development" from multi-perspectives, and analyzing constructions of the insurable system.In details, the dissertation is made up of 5 parts.In Part 1, the connotation of "full development" is analyzed. The author focuses on the meaning & basic character of "full development" according to educational history and also analyzes its value & probability from ontology, methodology and social value.In Part 2, the theory foundations are dissected from different disciplines. Seen from philosophy, the theory foundations of "full development" draw support from philosophical anthropology, human-centered thinking and Marxist full-scale development. Seen from psychology, the theories of multi-intelligences, self-improvement, the learning theory of constructivism, and success-intelligences all get ready for "full development" theoretically. Seen from sociology, the theories of social stratification, critical pedagogy and equality of education chances provide "full development" with reality.In Part 3, the author inquires into the relative factors influencing the students' "full development" through 3 levels, i.e. the macro, the middle & the micro one. Following that, the author probes the key concept, essential factors, main features and correspondent strategies of "full development" in order to construct the educational model of it.In Part 4, the author testifies the insurable system of "full development". Firstly the innovation of the school leaders' ideas is appealed for. Secondly it is necessary that both teachers and students develop fully. Thirdly it is necessary to build cultural environments benefiting "full development" in school culture forming. Last it is necessary to construct the digital platform accelerating "full development".In Part 5, based on the theory analysis above, some cases of "full development" are put forward, such as students' career programs, menu curriculums, students' will cultivation, life teaching cases, curriculums appropriate to "full development" of the students and curriculums of "imitation-experience" in society, etc. All these provide "full development" educational model with examples and realities. |
