At present, the postgraduate training model in our country has become a dual coexistence model of academic and professional postgraduate cultivating model. Nearly two years, our country has been developing vigorously professional degree postgraduate education via adding professional degree types and enlarging the enrollment scale of full-time professional degree graduate student, then gradually realizes postgraduate training model transfonnation from cultivating academic talents mainly to cultivating professional talents mainly. But, there exists a phenomenon nowadays that mater degree graduates are difficult to obtain suitable employment: academic master from academic training model lacks of scientific research ability, professional master from professional training model lacks of practical skills. The reason is that the cultivating techs of the two training models lack essential distinction, which leads training characteristics of two kinds of different talents aren't obvious. This thesis focuses on the research of the full-time postgraduate training models and attempts to distinguish the two kinds of model essentially from their factors, which is designed to restructure two postgraduate cultivating models with distinct characteristics.This article is divided into four parts:in the first chapter, definites the related graduate cultivating model and gives the related theories analyse, which provides a theoretical basis for the following study; in the second article, respects our country's development history ang present status of graduate training model and shows that some problems on our country's postgraduate training model; in the third article, inspects the evolution course and current status of postgraduate cultivating patterns in U.S., in addition, shows the experience and inspiration of America's postgraduate cultivating pattern; in the fourth article, according to the existing problems, on basis of learning the experience of graduate training models in U.S., the author restructures the two kinds of distinctive postgraduate training models.
