Teachers and parents are important people in the student'development, and students are the link of the relationship between teachers and parents. Therefore the social behaviors of parents and teachers affects the students who are growing up.712 parents (one experimental class and one ordinary class, each class 61 parents), 347teachers, 522 junior students participated in present research. The methods we use were interview, questionnaire and intervention: 1) Exploring the structure dimension of parents and teachers'interaction in the junior high school and develop an assessment questionnaire of parents and teachers'interaction (Parent version and Teacher version). 2) To investigate the state of parents and teachers'interaction. 3) To identify the influence of three-dimensional variation of parents and teachers'interaction respectively on the mental health and learning qualities of students. 4) To identify the results of parents and teachers'interactive training on the mental health and learning qualities of students. The data analyses were Confirmatory Factor Analyses, Exploratory Factor Analyses, Variance, Difference Test of Correlation, Multi-levels Covariance Structure Models. The results show that 1) Parents and teachers'interaction is composed of the three dimensions of cognitive interaction, emotional interaction and strategic interaction. The Parents and Teachers'Interactive Assessment Questionnaire (Teacher version and Parent version) compiled by ourselves is credible and can be used in urben area in China. 2) In junior high schools, parents and teachers'interactive level is in the middle position as a whole. The interactive level of teachers is a little bit higher than parents. For the cognitive interactive dimension, the female are higher, and the other two dimensions are of no difference. But the cultural level of parents will affect the quality of parents and teachers'interaction. The cultural level of parents the higher, the parents and teachers'interactive level the better. 3) The cognitive and emotional factors both affect the level of students'psychological health directly. In the aspect of learning qualities, cognitive and emotional factors directly affect students'learning interests and external cause except that internal cause of learning is affected by cognitive factors. However, the interactive strategic factors of parents and teachers do not directly or indirectly affect students'mental health and learning quality dimensions. 4) Students'psychological health is greatly affected by the factors of teachers and parents'interactive cognition, moods, and strategy. In the aspect of learning qualities, students'learning interests, moods, internal and external causes are affected by parents and teachers'cognitive interactive factors. Their learning interests, moods and external cause are affected by parents and teachers'emotional interactive factors. Parents and teachers'strategic interactive factors directly affect learning confidence and external cause. Parents and teachers'cognitive interactive factors indirectly affect learning interests and moods through psychological health. And parents and teachers'emotional and strategic interactive factors indirectly affect learning interests, moods and external cause through psychological health. 5) The Parents and Teachers'Interactive Training Program designed by this research is a great help to promote parents and teachers'interactive abilities of cognition, emotion and strategy. After the training, parents of students from the experimental class and ordinary class differ greatly in every estimation index. The interactions of cognition, emotion and strategy of the experimental class are much better than the ordinary class. In the aspect of psychological health, the emotion, social adaptation and body in the experimental class are higher than the ordinary class. In the aspect of learning qualities, the learning moods, interests and internal cause are also higher. In the estimation of teachers, the relationship between teachers and students in the experimental class is better, while in the estimation of parents, the relationship between parents and children and ways of teaching and training are better. And the analysis of the training records in the process of the training of teachers and parents also confirms this result. This research also puts forward some problems for further research.
