Analysis Of Health Spreading Countermeasures Basedon Physical And Mental Status Of Female Staffs In Colleges And Universities

Currently, the physical and mental status of female teachers in colleges and universities of China are very serious. As an important means of promoting public physical and mental health, health spreading plays an important role in the process of improving physical and mental status of female teachers in colleges and universities. In this paper, the concept of health communication and the present situation of related researches are carded firstly. Through demonstration survey and literature analysis, Summarize the status of physical and mental status of female teachers in colleges and universities, Simultaneously, the important factor affecting the health of female teachers in colleges and universities is analyzed too. Then, the social learning theory of Albert Bandura is introduced as the theoretical basis of discussing health spreading countermeasures. The meaning of the interactive relationship between environment, behavior and person to health communication activity is expounded. The interactive relationship is from the three cross determinism. At the same time, four levels of ternary interaction model are constructed based on health communication. On this basis, the countermeasures of improving the physical and mental status of female teachers in colleges and universities are proposed from four levels of health communication. On the level of organization, the countermeasures mainly include management system, laws and regulations protection, disease intervention and disease prevention four aspects; on the self-level, the countermeasures mainly include taking the initiative and insist on medical treatment, self-decompression, changing lifestyle and diversification of leisure activities four aspects; on the level of the traditional mass media, the countermeasures mainly include government support, dissemination of health knowledge and opening health column three aspects; on the level of the network medium, the countermeasures mainly include health information sharing, Category of health issues refinement two aspects. In the final of this paper, the own advantages of the four levels are summarized and it is pointed out that people should"suit the remedy to the case"in practical work.
