Many Physical teachers have encountered a lot of problems in practice during the execution about the new P.E curriculum. It infected the purpose of curricular execution straightly. Though more and more research about P.E curriculum appeared late years. But it is unconcern of physical teaching under the idea of new curriculum. Adopting instructional design contributed to physical teachers select teaching content equitably and find out the problems in teaching and design the best teaching plan. Then use it to instruct teaching practice. Thus the importance of instructional design in class-playground looked more stand out in the ground of new curriculum. It sufficiently reflects the pressure and importance of it because of the great cry from physical teachers.Through the employed research methods such as literatures, survey, action and case study with the instructional design in class-playground of primary and middle school in China as research object. Analyze the essence, function and theoretical base of instructional design in class-playground. Then analyzing the status quo and put forward relevant method. Establishing the model that subjective is connected with objective. Furthermore analyze the functional step, idea and principle. At last, tentatively studying the evaluated means and appeared format.It is consider that instructional design is an evaluated course based on analyzing teaching problem and teaching object systematically. It synthetically thinks about each term and resource in terms of teaching idiosyncrasy and student's nature. It institutes teaching program systematically and scientifically according to modern teaching theory. It is a more practical teaching technique. The final aim of it is realize the optimization of physical teaching and realize the object of teaching.The model is divided into prime of teaching and prime of studying. The study tentatively develops a model, idea and step of subject connected with object about to meet with the need of P.E curriculum reform. It is band with the normal instructional design based on the character and quality of the Curriculum Standard. However, which model is the best is based on the character of students and quality of the physical teaching.
