In recent years,the automotive industry in China is developing rapidly,the numbers of the workers who are wanted by the enterprises is increasing.However,the modern enterprise need the workers who can learn the new skills all the time instead of the men who are just a laborer.As the cradle of cultivating skilled talents,vocational schools need to see the weak part clearly in the occupation education in China.The schools must make the high-quality skilled students by developing the teaching methods,adjusting the course content and integrating the worker standard in the enterprises.The teaching based on action-oriented is an important reformation from teaching knowledge to teaching knowing.It has changed the traditional teaching concept.The teaching method is mainly through action oriented guidance,raise students' interest in learning,cultivated students' innovative thinking,the key to improve the ability of students and the comprehensive quality.The passage based on the research background and meaning puts up the designing viewpoint of automotive electrical and electronics foundation.according to the action-oriented.Analysis was made on training objectives and present situation based on surveys and questionnaires,thus bringing about the necessity of designing work-process-orientated automotive electrical and electronics foundation.Reform measures included aiming at comprehensive vocational ability,choosing typical work tasks,teaching knowledge of work process based on practical projects to design instruction purpose,content as well as teaching process.Specific illustration was made using the installation of positive inversion control circuit with dual interlock in three-phase asynchronous motor as an example.Our research aims at further promotion of instructional design of automotive electrical and electronics foundation.It has changed the traditional teaching and learning methods by focusing on work process during practical training.What's more,this instruction pattern also improves students' technical skills and shortens their adaptation period after work.In a word,this research lays foundation for further reform of other practical courses in various majors inour institution.The purpose of this study is to further promotion based on action-oriented teaching courses in secondary vocational schools.Automotive Electrical and electronic foundation based on teaching application,the design of action oriented teaching has changed the traditional teaching and learning method,pay attention to the cultivation of students' practical ability,shorten the students' employment after the post adaptation period,an important role for vocational students to enhance the ability of automotive electrical and electronic technology.The results of this study will further reform for our other professional courses provide a reference.
