From the beginning of education, every stage of education development can't get away technology. Education and technology originate the society's requirement. They are mankind special activity. To human being's development and satisfactory, education need use technology. The reason technology can use for education is that education and technology have the same theme: human being.Taking human being conjoining education and technology as the theoretical grounds, the dissertation studies "technology in education" from ontology, axiology and process philosophy. The essence of technology in education is technology, which use for the educational objective. The value of technology in education presents a special relationship between education and technology. Educationalization of technology is a process that technology becomes the technology in education. In this process, the subject of education acts on technology with their wisdom and applying external power, and makes the intrinsic power of the subject of education objectified into technology which changes accordingly.The dissertation raises the theory of "educationalization of technology generativism". This theory is about how technology in education generates and develops. This theory investigates the generating process of technology in education. The generation of technology in education means that technology cannot alter the essence of education but promote realm of education according to the original of education.
