In the era of information technology background, the rapid development of education technology and application of education accelerate the development process, and led to great changes in the educational reform. With the educational technology popularization, It changes the traditional education thought and concept; improves the teachers’quality, promotes the teaching mode, teaching system, teaching content and teaching method reform. It accelerates the education means and management means. It has very important significance. It is particularly important to assume responsibility of teachers’educational technology ability in primary and secondary school. What is the situation of current teachers’educational technology ability in middle and primary school in Wuhai city? What is the factors which effects these teachers’educational technology ability? How can we improve teachers’educational technology ability (especially the teachers’educational technology ability) in primary and secondary school in Wuhai city? In the summer of2011, the author carry out the relevant research in middle and primary school kindergarten teacher training in Wuhai city. This research mainly aims at the front line teachers in the primary and secondary school teachers in Wuhai city. Through questionnaire survey, field observation and interviews, the researcher knows the teachers’educational technology ability in current situation, and the hardware facilities of school information technology. Then the author has a certain understanding of the situation, and analysis the data.The author hopes that teacher’s information technology ability can be improved through the research and the analysis of the data. For the future research, it can provides school with some strongest factual basis and reference in teacher training institutions. Based on the survey and analysis of some factors, such as,the teacher’s basic situation, teacher’s information technology application situation, basis of the teachers’educational technology, school education technology environment and teachers’online learning attitude survey, the author concludes that the teachers’gender, age, education and other aspects all deeply affect teachers’educational technology level. How can we integrate traditional educational technology to modern educational technology effectively is the future reform of education technology in Wuhai. In the end the thesis, the author make relevant reflection on middle and primary school education technology development in Wuhai city.
