Schoolmasters' overseas educational communication took much weight in the process of the internationalization of education and it simultaneously improved the education reformation for Chinese high-schools. By collecting and analysis many schoolmasters' experience of overseas educational communication, the paper tried to unscramble these schoolmasters' reflection about the communication and then discussed the meanings of the communication to the improvement of the Chinese schoolmasters, educational reformation and the internationalization of Chinese education.The paper mainly focused on two aspects. First, it studied the contents of the schoolmasters' overseas educational communication. Including: (1) it examined the target of running a school and the campus-culture construction, on which focused the direction to the development of school in the background of overseas educational communication and the considerations to the development of students in the campus-culture construction; (2) it compared the classroom teaching of Chinese and foreign countries. Classroom teaching was not only the key of school management and development, but the difficulty in the school reformation. So the differences of the classroom teaching in Chinese school and foreign showed the principle difference of the educational form; (3) the schoolmasters continuously paid attention to the moral development of students, it is a difficult problem even in the practice. From the overseas educational communication, is might bring multi way to solve this problem since the western education followed the different moral education model; (4) the paper emphasized the professional development of teachers and school educational research since they were very important to the elevation of educational quality; (5) the first four parts are the keys of the educational practice and the main problem puzzled the schoolmasters, but the fifth part is the synthetical reflects of schoolmasters. It made the paper much more integrated and abundant.Second, the paper then studied the meanings of the research of the schoolmasters' overseas educational communication. Including: (1) It examined the deep-seated meanings of communication through the hermeneutic methods, such as "dialogic" description, analysis of "comprehension" and attention of practice wisdom. (2) It collected and analysis the achievements of the communication, and investigated how it improve the schoolmasters' reflection, Chinese educational reformation and Chinese-foreign educational communication.The paper was consisted of three parts. The first part is the preface, and focused on the topic of the paper and the research process. It synthetically showed not only the research background, methods and procedures, but the writer's thinking process and accumulation. The second part included the contents from chapter 3 to chapter 7. It is the main part of the paper, which investigated the stories and reflection of the schoolmasters' overseas educational communication. The third part included the contents of chapter 8 and 9. It unscrambled the theories and analyzed the values of the communication, and then discussed the practical meanings of the communication. Synchronously, this part is also constructed the value frame for the research.From above, it could safely to say that schoolmasters' overseas educational communication which relate to all levels of educational practice brought much favor to Chinese high-school education. Just because of these experiences of the communication, the schoolmasters were improved, and the educational reformation was also improved. The overseas educational communication surely is not only important but necessary in contemporary Chinese high-school education.
