With the coming of society transformation and the deepening of education reform, The school is facing the transformation from "industrialization"to "modern", which is an integrant and structural reform, it includes the school inner institutions renewing in the connotative and extensional meaning. For the multiple relations of people and organizations has been constantly broken, it is urgent for the innovators to definite, restrict, standardize and assort with the new relations by institutions for the new equilibrium during the transformation. So the insitutions renewal not only consist of the school transformation but aslo guarantee and propel the school change.Firstly, the paper is to understand the meaning of insitution and school institution. then definite and explain their connotation. With the analysis of casus and texts, reviewing the conditios of school inner institution from the pre-reform and after-reform since 1949 , the autor clariflys the main idea: It is essential to change the school inner institutions from education aspect in context of school transformation.Secondly, Based on the context analysis above, the paper produces that the understanding of school inner insititutions renewal during the transformation needs to carry on the educational standpoit, formally it seems to be the institutional texts renewal, in fact, it is the change of institutions value orientation and function conception, i.e. the school institutions design would insist on the active humanity hypotheses, its value would change from "control the people's behavoirs " to "make the people grow and development", effected by the new value, the requirement to the institution function must be widely changed, accordingly it would not achieve the matter's success and people's development until optimizing the institution structure and perfecting the institution function.The third part is to present and analyze the institution reform casus of several schools, the paper answers the questions of "what" and "how" to the institutions transforming by abstracting from the practical fields, it involves in the reform of school institutions system and the concrete institutions change with the transformation motive, even the similar institutions' renewal, it has so many differences on the "strategy" oritentation, "tactics" selection and reform result, which reflect the multiple methods and variaried modality of institutions renewal in different facets.Finally, the paper mainly reflects the result of institution renewal and the questions during the advancement, pays close attention to several points such as the people's effect, the school managers'ability and the external support, at the same time, the relations between the inner institutions renewal and the inner organizations reform, the new culture construction, the mechanism function are aslo important. In the such times full of opening and complexity, the school has been becoming a open and complicated system, hence, it is neccesary for people to face the challege of complicated conditions and propel the institution renewal with insistent and wisdom .In details, first is promoting the school managers' consciousness and ability of reform, then change many reform foces into a powerful motivity, certainly, the realization of institutions renewal must carry out the independent creation in the practical and integrated situations. Eventually, the institutions renewal itself is just a self-organization procedure, by which it is possible that the self-organization mechanism of school transformation comes into being.
