A Survey And Research On Reform Of Sports Administration Stucture And Its Transformation Of The Function In Henan Province

The reform of national administration system, economic reform and political reform are closely interrelated and mutually promoted; what's more, they also interact on each other. If government intends to keep its own administrative value, it must have integrated organization, reasonable function, scientific and reasonable decision to ensure the effectiveness of government operation. Sports administration organization, as a part of sport system, always adheres to the requirement of government administration structures'reform in different times and must keep unity of integrity and function to ensure the implement of sports system and the realization of sports overall goal .Sports administration structure in Henan province , as an important part of national sports administrative department , should also adapt to the requirement of reform and country , Henan organization and sports administration structure in Henan province , rationalize set- ups according to the local situation, enhance function of organization and ensure implement of organization function to diligently realize effective, honest, service type of government and promote the development of sports cause in Henan province .The research indicates as follows:(1) local sports administrative body set up in Henan Province imperfect institutional arrangements should be optimized;(2) The functions of the local Sports Council and the Department of Education a cross, should be clear institutional functions;(3) inadequate government control, should strengthen the monitoring means, and more listen to the masses feedback;(4) Sports perfection of social organization is not enough, not enough attention on the sports industry should strengthen social organizations and sports industries.
