From the beginning up to now,the vocational education in China has a great deal of progress both in quantity and the school quality after nearly 30 years of development.However,there are still some problems in the process of the further development of vocational education,such as teachers and financial issues.And those problems not only impact on the development of vocational education itself but also on the sustained and rapid development of national economy.This dissertation choose the investment on the vocational education as the main content.Firstly,this dissertation collating the relevant background theory about diversified investment involved in the vocational education,such as product attributes theory in public economics,investment theory in education and human capital theory.Also,this dissertation reviewed the related literature.On the basis of the theory and literature review and taking the characteristics of the vocational education in China in development and the investment at this stage in into account,this dissertation firstly conduct on influencing factors,the necessity and feasibility of diversified investment on the theoretical level which was taken in the vocational education at this stage.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this dissertation carried out a detailed analysis against the Government,personal(family),social(business,social donation)which were three main investment in vocational education.The external characteristics of Vocational Education investment as well as its national strategic significance request the Government must participate in vocational education investment.From the course of the development of vocational education in the nearly 30 years,the Government has been the main source of funding channels of vocational education.However,at this stage there are still many problems in the Government's investment in vocational education.The dissertation analysis supervision and incentive problems in principal-agent relationship in different levels by the principal-agent theory.The analysis shows that the funding mechanism should be simple and clear,to convey a clear information,and should be based on economic and social needs to adjustment mechanisms,to increase investment in the quality of weight, to improve service quality in educational institutions,and make full use of contractual mechanisms,meet the special requirements,in the development of the state.To address the above issues raised,the article analysis the feasibility of insufficient of the use of education voucher system in vocational education investment. Personal(family) invest on vocational education to achieve a certain social or family purposes of their own.Paying taxes to the Government as well as paying tuition fees are two major investment channels by which Personal(family) can invest on vocational education.This dissertation focus on tuition fees the students in vocational schools paying to its schools.Through the creation of Game model among the personal (family),the government and the schools,this dissertation analysis the Game between the three when vocational education raise charges standards.The results showed that raising tuition fees in the vocational education appropriately is inevitable at this stage in accordance with China's national conditions.In this dissertation,the analysis of the social investment in vocational education includes the investment from corporate as well as the donation from social groups and individuals.In discussing corporate investment this dissertation mainly analysis the form of the school-enterprise cooperation the existing problems and the recommendations and measures promoting its further development.At this stage the development of social donation to Vocational Education in China is not good.However, the social donation in colleges and universities of the United States account for a large proportion of the sources of funding for colleges and universities,and the investment sources has a growing trend.Through the summary of social donation experience of the universities in the United States and considering the exist problems in social donations, the article made a number of guideline recommendations on social donation to vocational education.Through analysis above about the three main investment Governments,individuals and society on the vocational education investment,this dissertation think that there are many issues in the process of investment by the three to schools.In order to promote the Vocational Education's better development,the article finally gives a series of policy proposals and measures.
